第二、 開機(jī)前請一定要先打開手動放空閥, 檢查油箱機(jī)油是否已到油位線, 用手盤動風(fēng)機(jī)是否靈活,如果盤動靈活,再按啟動, 然后慢慢將放空閥關(guān)閉,使風(fēng)機(jī)達(dá)到滿負(fù)荷。關(guān)機(jī)時請一定也先打開放空閥, 然后再按斷開。這樣正常操作使用才能延長風(fēng)機(jī)使用壽命。
第三、請每天派人檢查羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)齒輪油箱上的油位至少一次。如發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)油低于油位線, 需要馬上進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充。如發(fā)現(xiàn)油標(biāo)漏油則必須及時更換。 如發(fā)現(xiàn)放油塞漏油請將其擰緊,或者通過其他辦法阻止漏油現(xiàn)象。
第四、如果羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的聯(lián)軸器或皮帶輪端使用機(jī)油潤滑,日常的操作事項(xiàng)和使用的機(jī)油的檢查方法同上。如果軸承是使用耐高溫油脂潤滑, 則每三個月至半年必須補(bǔ)充一次, 每年必須更換一次。
第五、 請確保風(fēng)機(jī)房空氣流通順暢、降溫措施完備,羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)盡量保持較低的進(jìn)氣溫度,不可超過40 度。注意風(fēng)機(jī)房的清潔工作,以免吸入灰塵太多堵塞進(jìn)氣消聲器或卡死風(fēng)機(jī)。
第六、注意電機(jī)溫升,當(dāng)電機(jī)溫升太高時應(yīng)該使用軸流風(fēng)機(jī)直吹電機(jī)降溫。電機(jī)軸承應(yīng)根據(jù)溫升及時進(jìn)行檢查和加補(bǔ)軸承潤滑脂,以免燒壞軸承。
第七、在普通羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)行時,皮帶輪或者聯(lián)軸器端軸承墻板溫度運(yùn)行時55—75度,機(jī)身溫度55-85度,進(jìn)氣溫度低于40度,出口溫度50—90度,齒輪油箱溫度55-85 度。這里提醒大家注意,羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的參數(shù)不一樣,溫度也就不一樣,所以以上的數(shù)據(jù)僅供參考。
第八、需要定期檢查、調(diào)整羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的皮帶張力,皮帶跳動幅度過大就必須進(jìn)行調(diào)整或者更換。定期對電機(jī)底腳螺絲、風(fēng)機(jī)底腳螺絲、底座螺絲進(jìn)行緊固工作,這樣可以減輕風(fēng)機(jī)震動。每年應(yīng)對羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行一次保養(yǎng),內(nèi)容包括檢查風(fēng)機(jī)軸承,齒輪是否磨損,風(fēng)機(jī)油箱、氣腔、密封裝置是否需要清洗,以及校正風(fēng)機(jī)各部位間隙等。
